We use location information to help provide nearby doctor and hospital search, ambulance services, home care, diagnostic services, and medicine delivery support.

2.6 Device, Usage, and Technical Information

We may automatically collect technical information when you use our website or app, including:

Operating system
App version
Usage logs
Crash logs
Pages, screens, or features used
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. App Permissions

The Orbitacare mobile app may request access to certain device permissions, including:

Location, to provide nearby services, ambulance, home care, diagnostic support, and medicine delivery support
Contacts, where needed for service-related features

You can manage app permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work properly if permissions are disabled.

Connect users with selected doctors and service providers

5. Doctors and Healthcare Providers

Doctors listed or available through Orbitacare are independent healthcare providers, not employees of Orbitacare. Selected doctors may access the health records and information that you choose to share with them or that is necessary for your consultation or appointment.

6. Hospitals, Pharmacies, Diagnostic Centers, Ambulance, and Home Care Providers

We may share limited contact information with hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, ambulance providers, home care providers, or other service partners when needed to arrange or provide the service requested by you.

7. AI Care/Chatbot Services

Orbitacare may use third-party artificial intelligence service providers to process chatbot messages and generate responses. AI chatbot responses are for general informational and support purposes only and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Do not submit emergency information or highly sensitive information to the AI chatbot. If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

8. Analytics, Cookies, Ads, and Tracking

We use analytics, cookies, tracking technologies, and advertising tools to understand how users interact with Orbitacare, improve our services, display advertisements, and measure marketing performance.

We do not sell uploaded health records, prescriptions, consultation notes, diagnostic reports, or medical reports to advertising networks.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information and health-related information for as long as required to provide Orbitacare services, maintain user accounts, complete bookings and service requests, comply with legal, medical, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and enforce our agreements.

Some information may be kept for longer periods where required for legal, medical, audit, backup, security, or compliance purposes.

13. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests

Orbitacare provides a Delete Account option. When an account is deleted, the account, family members, and related records may be soft deleted, deactivated, or hidden from normal use. Deleted accounts and related records may still be retained in backup, audit, legal, medical, security, or compliance systems as required.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us at support@orbitacare.com. We aim to process privacy and deletion requests within the next 7 working days, subject to verification and applicable legal or operational requirements.

14. Children and Minors

Orbitacare may allow users under 18 to create accounts, and parents or guardians may add children as family members. Minors should use Orbitacare with parent or guardian consent and supervision.

If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has provided information without proper consent or supervision, they may contact us at support@orbitacare.com.

15. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal and health-related information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, app, database, or internet transmission is completely secure. Orbitacare is operated from Bangladesh, but users may access the service from anywhere. Your information may be processed or stored in Bangladesh or in other countries where our service providers operate. Orbitacare স্বাস্থ্যসেবা-সম্পর্কিত সেবা প্রদান করে বলে আমরা স্বাস্থ্য-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারি, যেমন:

আপনি Orbitacare সেবা ব্যবহার করলে আমরা আপনার বুকিং, নির্বাচিত ডাক্তার, হাসপাতাল বা লোকেশন, অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের তারিখ ও সময়, রিবুকিং, বাতিলকরণ, অনুরোধ করা সেবা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা ইতিহাস সংগ্রহ করতে পারি।

২.৫ লোকেশন তথ্য

আপনার ডিভাইস সেটিংস ও অনুমতির ওপর নির্ভর করে Orbitacare আনুমানিক বা নির্দিষ্ট লোকেশন তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারে। আমরা লোকেশন তথ্য ব্যবহার করি নিকটস্থ ডাক্তার ও হাসপাতাল খোঁজা, অ্যাম্বুলেন্স, হোম কেয়ার, ডায়াগনস্টিক সেবা এবং ওষুধ ডেলিভারি সহায়তার জন্য।

২.৬ ডিভাইস, ব্যবহার ও প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য

৫. ডাক্তার ও স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানকারী

Orbitacare-এ তালিকাভুক্ত বা উপলব্ধ ডাক্তাররা স্বাধীন স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানকারী; তারা Orbitacare-এর কর্মচারী নন। নির্বাচিত ডাক্তার আপনার শেয়ার করা বা কনসালটেশন/ অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাস্থ্য রেকর্ড ও তথ্য দেখতে পারেন।

ডাক্তাররা Orbitacare-এ প্রেসক্রিপশন, নোট, রিপোর্ট, ফলো-আপ নির্দেশনা এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট চিকিৎসা তথ্য আপলোড করতে পারেন। ডাক্তাররা তাদের প্রদত্ত চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ, রোগ নির্ণয়, চিকিৎসা, প্রেসক্রিপশন এবং চিকিৎসা সেবার জন্য দায়ী।

৬. হাসপাতাল, ফার্মেসি, ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টার, অ্যাম্বুলেন্স ও হোম কেয়ার প্রদানকারী

আপনার অনুরোধ করা সেবা প্রদান বা ব্যবস্থা করার জন্য প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা হাসপাতাল, ফার্মেসি, ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টার, অ্যাম্বুলেন্স প্রদানকারী, হোম কেয়ার প্রদানকারী বা অন্যান্য সেবা পার্টনারের সাথে সীমিত যোগাযোগের তথ্য শেয়ার করতে পারি।

এসব তৃতীয় পক্ষ তাদের নিজস্ব সেবা, গোপনীয়তা নীতি এবং চিকিৎসা বা পেশাগত কার্যক্রমের জন্য দায়ী। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নীতি পর্যালোচনা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

Orbitacare চ্যাটবট মেসেজ প্রক্রিয়া করা এবং উত্তর তৈরি করার জন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা সেবা প্রদানকারী ব্যবহার করতে পারে। AI চ্যাটবটের উত্তর সাধারণ তথ্য ও সহায়তার জন্য; এটি পেশাদার চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ, রোগ নির্ণয়, চিকিৎসা বা জরুরি চিকিৎসার বিকল্প নয়।

AI চ্যাটবটে জরুরি তথ্য বা অত্যন্ত সংবেদনশীল তথ্য জমা দেবেন না। জরুরি চিকিৎসা পরিস্থিতিতে স্থানীয় জরুরি সেবা বা যোগ্য স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানকারীর সাথে দ্রুত যোগাযোগ করুন।

৮. অ্যানালিটিক্স, কুকি, বিজ্ঞাপন ও ট্র্যাকিং

আমরা ব্যবহারকারীরা Orbitacare কীভাবে ব্যবহার করেন তা বুঝার জন্য, সেবা উন্নত করার জন্য, বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানোর জন্য এবং মার্কেটিং কার্যকারিতা পরিমাপের জন্য অ্যানালিটিক্স, কুকি, ট্র্যাকিং প্রযুক্তি ও বিজ্ঞাপন টুল ব্যবহার করি।

Orbitacare বর্তমানে ওয়েবসাইট বা অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীর পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া করে না। ভবিষ্যতে এটি পরিবর্তন হলে পেমেন্ট ও বিলিং তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবস্থাপনা করা হবে তা ব্যাখ্যা করতে আমরা এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি আপডেট করতে পারি।

১১. তথ্য শেয়ারিং

আমরা তথ্য শেয়ার করতে পারি:

নির্বাচিত ডাক্তারদের সাথে, অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ও স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানের জন্য প্রয়োজন হলে
হাসপাতাল, ফার্মেসি, ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টার, অ্যাম্বুলেন্স ও হোম কেয়ার প্রদানকারীর সাথে, প্রয়োজনীয় সীমিত যোগাযোগের তথ্য
টেকনোলজি সেবা প্রদানকারীর সাথে, যারা ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ, হোস্টিং, নোটিফিকেশন, অ্যানালিটিক্স, যোগাযোগ, ম্যাপ, AI চ্যাটবট ও সাপোর্ট সেবা পরিচালনায় সহায়তা করে
বিজ্ঞাপন ও মার্কেটিং পার্টনারদের সাথে, এই নীতিতে বর্ণিত সীমার মধ্যে
আইন, নিয়ন্ত্রক, আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থা বা সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে, প্রযোজ্য আইনে প্রয়োজন হলে
পেশাদার উপদেষ্টা, অডিটর বা ব্যবসায়িক পার্টনারদের সাথে, ব্যবসা, কমপ্লায়েন্স বা আইনি উদ্দেশ্যে প্রয়োজন হলে

আমরা আপলোড করা স্বাস্থ্য রেকর্ড, প্রেসক্রিপশন, কনসালটেশন নোট, ডায়াগনস্টিক রিপোর্ট বা মেডিকেল রিপোর্ট বিজ্ঞাপন নেটওয়ার্কের কাছে বিক্রি করি না।

১২. ডেটা সংরক্ষণ

আমরা ব্যক্তিগত ও স্বাস্থ্য-সম্পর্কিত তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি যতদিন Orbitacare সেবা প্রদান, ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, বুকিং ও সেবা অনুরোধ সম্পন্ন করা, আইনি, চিকিৎসা, কর, হিসাব, নিয়ন্ত্রক বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণ, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি, প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ, নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা এবং আমাদের চুক্তি কার্যকর করার জন্য প্রয়োজন।

আইন, চিকিৎসা, অডিট, ব্যাকআপ, নিরাপত্তা বা কমপ্লায়نسের কারণে কিছু তথ্য দীর্ঘ সময় সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।

১৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট ও গোপনীয়তা অনুরোধ

Orbitacare একটি Delete Account অপশন প্রদান করে। অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট, পরিবারের সদস্য এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট রেকর্ড সফট ডিলিট, নিষ্ক্রিয় বা সাধারণ ব্যবহার থেকে লুকানো হতে পারে। ডিলিট করা অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট রেকর্ড প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ব্যাকআপ, অডিট, আইনি, চিকিৎসা, নিরাপত্তা বা কমপ্লায়েন্স সিস্টেমে সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে।

আপনি support@orbitacare.com ঠিকানায় যোগাযোগ করে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য অ্যাক্সেস, সংশোধন, ডিলিট বা এক্সপোর্টের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। যাচাই এবং প্রযোজ্য আইনি বা অপারেশনাল প্রয়োজনের ভিত্তিতে আমরা সাধারণত পরবর্তী ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে গোপনীয়তা ও ডিলিট অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া করার চেষ্টা করি।

১৪. শিশু ও অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক

Orbitacare ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী ব্যবহারকারীদের অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে দিতে পারে এবং পিতা-মাতা বা অভিভাবক শিশুদের পরিবারের সদস্য হিসেবে যোগ করতে পারেন। অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের পিতা-মাতা বা অভিভাবকের সম্মতি ও তত্ত্বাবধানে Orbitacare ব্যবহার করা উচিত।

কোনো পিতা-মাতা বা অভিভাবক যদি মনে করেন যে কোনো অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক যথাযথ সম্মতি বা তত্ত্বাবধান ছাড়া তথ্য প্রদান করেছে, তাহলে support@orbitacare.com-এ আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

১৫. নিরাপত্তা

আমরা ব্যক্তিগত ও স্বাস্থ্য-সম্পর্কিত তথ্য অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ, অপব্যবহার, হারানো, পরিবর্তন বা প্রকাশ থেকে রক্ষা করার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করি। তবে কোনো ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ, ডাটাবেস বা ইন্টারনেট ট্রান্সমিশন সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ নয়। ব্যবহারকারীদের তাদের লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখা উচিত এবং অনুমতি ছাড়া অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহারের সন্দেহ হলে আমাদের জানানো উচিত।

১৬. আন্তর্জাতিক ব্যবহার

Orbitacare বাংলাদেশ থেকে পরিচালিত হয়, তবে ব্যবহারকারীরা যেকোনো দেশ থেকে সেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। আপনার তথ্য বাংলাদেশে বা আমাদের সেবা প্রদানকারীরা যেখানে কাজ করে সেই দেশগুলোতে প্রক্রিয়া বা সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে। Orbitacare ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি বুঝতে পারছেন যে আপনার তথ্য আপনার বসবাসের দেশের বাইরে স্থানান্তর ও প্রক্রিয়া করা হতে পারে।

১৭. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক ও সেবা

Orbitacare-এ তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ, সেবা, ডাক্তার, হাসপাতাল, ফার্মেসি, ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টার বা অন্যান্য প্রদানকারীর লিংক থাকতে পারে। তৃতীয় পক্ষের গোপনীয়তা নীতি, কনটেন্ট বা সেবার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। তাদের সেবা ব্যবহারের আগে তাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি পর্যালোচনা করুন।

১৮. এই গোপনীয়তা নীতির পরিবর্তন
